精拔無(wu)(wu)(wu)縫(feng)鋼管是一(yi)種通過精拔或冷軋處(chu)理后(hou)的一(yi)種高(gao)(gao)精密(mi)的鋼管材(cai)料。由于精拔無(wu)(wu)(wu)縫(feng)鋼管內外壁無(wu)(wu)(wu)氧化層、承受(shou)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)無(wu)(wu)(wu)泄(xie)漏、高(gao)(gao)精度(du)、高(gao)(gao)光潔度(du)、冷彎不變形(xing)、擴口、壓(ya)扁無(wu)(wu)(wu)裂縫(feng)等有點(dian),主(zhu)要用(yong)來生產(chan)氣動或液壓(ya) 元(yuan)件的產(chan)品(pin),如氣缸或油缸,可以是無(wu)(wu)(wu)縫(feng)管,也有焊接管。

精(jing)拔(ba)無(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)縫(feng)(feng)鋼(gang)管低(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)回(hui)(hui)(hui)火(huo)(huo)(huo)脆(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)性(xing)(xing)(xing) 合(he)(he)金(jin)鋼(gang)淬火(huo)(huo)(huo)得到(dao)馬(ma)氏體(ti)組織后,在(zai)(zai)250~400℃溫(wen)度(du)范圍回(hui)(hui)(hui)火(huo)(huo)(huo)使鋼(gang)脆(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)化,其韌性(xing)(xing)(xing)一(yi)脆(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)性(xing)(xing)(xing)轉化溫(wen)度(du)明顯(xian)升高。已脆(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)化的(de)精(jing)拔(ba)無(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)縫(feng)(feng)鋼(gang)管不能(neng)再用低(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)回(hui)(hui)(hui)火(huo)(huo)(huo)加(jia)熱的(de)方法消除,故又(you)稱為(wei)%26ldquo;不可逆回(hui)(hui)(hui)火(huo)(huo)(huo)脆(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)性(xing)(xing)(xing)%26rdquo;。精(jing)拔(ba)無(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)縫(feng)(feng)鋼(gang)管主要發(fa)生(sheng)在(zai)(zai)合(he)(he)金(jin)結(jie)構鋼(gang)和低(di)(di)(di)合(he)(he)金(jin)超高強度(du)精(jing)拔(ba)無(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)縫(feng)(feng)鋼(gang)管等鋼(gang)種。已脆(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)化精(jing)拔(ba)無(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)縫(feng)(feng)鋼(gang)管的(de)斷(duan)(duan)口是(shi)沿晶(jing)斷(duan)(duan)口或是(shi)沿晶(jing)和準解(jie)理混合(he)(he)斷(duan)(duan)口。產(chan)生(sheng)低(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)回(hui)(hui)(hui)火(huo)(huo)(huo)脆(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)性(xing)(xing)(xing)的(de)原(yuan)因,普遍認為(wei):(1)與(yu)滲碳(tan)體(ti)在(zai)(zai)低(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)回(hui)(hui)(hui)火(huo)(huo)(huo)時(shi)(shi)以薄片(pian)狀在(zai)(zai)原(yuan)奧(ao)(ao)氏體(ti)晶(jing)界(jie)析出,造(zao)成晶(jing)界(jie)脆(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)化密切相關。(2)雜(za)質元素磷等在(zai)(zai)原(yuan)奧(ao)(ao)氏體(ti)晶(jing)界(jie)偏聚也是(shi)造(zao)成低(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)回(hui)(hui)(hui)火(huo)(huo)(huo)脆(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)性(xing)(xing)(xing)原(yuan)因之一(yi)。含(han)磷低(di)(di)(di)于0.005%的(de)高純度(du)精(jing)拔(ba)無(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)縫(feng)(feng)鋼(gang)管并不產(chan)生(sheng)低(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)回(hui)(hui)(hui)火(huo)(huo)(huo)脆(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)性(xing)(xing)(xing)。磷在(zai)(zai)火(huo)(huo)(huo)加(jia)熱時(shi)(shi)發(fa)生(sheng)奧(ao)(ao)氏體(ti)晶(jing)界(jie)偏聚,淬火(huo)(huo)(huo)后保留下來。磷在(zai)(zai)原(yuan)奧(ao)(ao)氏體(ti)晶(jing)界(jie)偏聚和滲碳(tan)體(ti)回(hui)(hui)(hui)火(huo)(huo)(huo)時(shi)(shi)在(zai)(zai)原(yuan)奧(ao)(ao)氏體(ti)晶(jing)界(jie)析出,這(zhe)兩個(ge)因素造(zao)成沿晶(jing)脆(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)斷(duan)(duan),促成了精(jing)拔(ba)無(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)縫(feng)(feng)鋼(gang)管低(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)回(hui)(hui)(hui)火(huo)(huo)(huo)脆(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)性(xing)(xing)(xing)的(de)發(fa)生(sheng)。
精拔(ba)無縫鋼管(guan)中合金(jin)元(yuan)素(su)對低(di)溫(wen)回(hui)火(huo)(huo)(huo)脆性(xing)(xing)產生較大的影響。鉻和(he)錳促進雜質(zhi)元(yuan)素(su)磷等(deng)在(zai)奧氏體(ti)晶界偏聚,從而促進低(di)溫(wen)回(hui)火(huo)(huo)(huo)脆性(xing)(xing),鎢和(he)釩(fan)基本上(shang)沒有影響,鉬降低(di)低(di)溫(wen)回(hui)火(huo)(huo)(huo)精拔(ba)無縫鋼管(guan)的韌性(xing)(xing)一脆性(xing)(xing)轉(zhuan)化溫(wen)度,但尚不足(zu)以抑制低(di)溫(wen)回(hui)火(huo)(huo)(huo)脆性(xing)(xing)。硅(gui)能(neng)推遲回(hui)火(huo)(huo)(huo)時滲碳體(ti)析出,提高其生成溫(wen)度,故可提高精拔(ba)無縫鋼管(guan)低(di)溫(wen)回(hui)火(huo)(huo)(huo)脆性(xing)(xing)發生的溫(wen)度。
